Flow is your typical yoga vinyasa class. This class encompasses reclined, seated, kneeling, and standing poses.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 60 minutes in advance. It is very much appreciated as the studio grows and allows the chance for another student to join.

Late cancels (cancels less than 60 minutes before class time) will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.
